Old tiles and adhesive come up, rubbish goes out, and the surface is screeded and prepped to be flat and sound.

Waterproof & lay
Wet areas are waterproofed, then every room is set out from its centre lines so cuts are balanced and even.

Grout, seal & clean
Grouting, silicone to the joints, sealing where needed, and a full clean before I hand the space back to you.

Yes — removal is part of the job. I take up the old tiles and adhesive, clear the rubbish, and prep the surface properly before a single new tile goes down. You don't need to organise anyone else.
How much does tiling cost in Perth?

Do you supply the tiles?
Either way works. You can pick your own tiles and I'll check quantities and give you an order list with the right allowance for cuts — or ask me for recommendations.
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
It depends on the size and what's underneath, but a typical bathroom is around 1–2 weeks including strip-out, waterproofing drying time and grouting. You'll get a clear timeline with your quote.
Is waterproofing included?
For bathrooms, showers and laundries, yes. Waterproofing is the most important part of any wet area, so it's never skipped or rushed.
